But
wait...there's more... QBism: Quantum Bayesianism Quantum paradoxes and general weirdness are not even dreamt of in this philosophy.

To be, or not to be? [ρ=1 V ρ=0]

A theory of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: "It is very
difficult to get this point across to those who think
that
in doing probability calculations their equations are describing the real world. But that is claiming something that one could never know to be true; we call it the Mind Projection Fallacy..."

Innocent until proven guilty [ρ=1 V ρ=0] Quantum probability & the legal system More pointless paradoxes of wavefunction collapse...
In criminal cases, the prosecution must prove the defendant's guilt Beyond a Reasonable Doubt. Before the final judgement many observers might consider the accused to exist in a superposition of states (partially guilty and innocent with complementary probabilities): a↑> + (1a)↓> After judgement the probabilities collapse into 1↑> + 0↓> or 0↑> +1↓>

Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) rain forecasts More pointless paradoxes of wavefunction collapse...
This one is
truly mysterious.
Post hoc
analysis shows that (for my suburb in Sydney at least)
the probabilities
simply don't add up! I think it's because the
chance of rain probability rating (i.e. 10% here) is the chance of rain occurring anywhere in Sydney. But rain in Sydney is, predominantly, in the form of scattered showers. Oh dear, I''l have to perform a more detailed analysis to find out why the BOM rain forecasts seem more pessimistic than experience suggests...

Irrational exuberance and stock market jitters More pointless paradoxes of wavefunction collapse... or Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds
Quantum probability collides with investment gambling... and an independent observer notes that my pension fund managers are desperately competing to invest my cash in almost anything...at any price... (work in progress April 2015)
